Here is the situation. After having started the corresponding quests from the following items (https://www.wowhead.com/item=139534/bloody-letter https://www.wowhead.com/item=139527/bloody-plea https: // www .wowhead.com / item = 139535 / bloody-prayer https://www.wowhead.com/item=139531/crumpled-request https://www.wowhead.com/item=139530/singed-letter https: // www.wowhead.com/item=139533/singed-plea) and after a relog or disconnect the items disappear from the inventory and the quest disappear from the quest log. Also you can't loot the quest items again (it's like the game detect you already have them but in reality u don't). So i can't finish the https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=11139/field-medic

P.S. Also you can check and try to start any quest from https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=11139/field-medic > relog > login > item and quest are gone.
