Icebane leggings, well I don't understand what do you mean by "Denied. No binding to character level" since that item was already in shop (donor vendor in section of Transmog). As proof, my friend has them because he bought it from there.
PvP Cloak, I udnerstand that, but can we do something about it since Blue and Red colour should exist on both sides - Alliance and Horde. It is a bit absurd not to be able to get one of them. Funny is that horde have blue version and alliance has red one. Is there a possibility to add them to their respected vendors in Ashran so that both sides could have both versions of cloaks for Transmog. I have actually both of them in my void storage but what is driving me crazy is that on blue version it says "Horde only" and it is last piece of my tmog. If you can't help me with adding item to their original vendor, could you tell me to whom should I speak to?

Hello. Legs won't be added to the vendor.
We had these legs in vendor, but we had to delete them. They don't have level requirements to wear it, that's why low level characters donated it and had a great advantage over other low level characters.
About the cloak. It's possible to create a custom item. It won't be bound to faction and you will be able to transmog it, BUT it will be available for transmog only for the character that will buy this item, not other characters on account.
I can add shoulders, chest and gloves to vendor but not as transmog items, they will be added to legion pve equipment section. I will add them to the minimum possible ilvl of drop and the price depends of the chance of drop (approximately 885 ilvl). If you need these 3 items please tell me what color do you want (there are different colors available depending on difficulty of raid)
